How long does the process take?
Typically 5–6 weeks for the Brand System. Brand System + Website takes 8–10 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly feedback rounds are completed on your end.
How much of my time does this require?
The process is collaborative – but structured so it doesn't take over your calendar. You'll be involved at the moments that matter: the strategy session, choosing your brand direction, and two feedback rounds during design. Between those moments, I handle everything. Most practice owners find it takes less time than they expected – and they're glad they were part of the decisions that shaped their brand.
We already have a logo. Can we just get some printed materials?
Yes. I can work with your existing brand and design collaterals that match. I'll do a quick brand audit first to make sure everything is consistent.
Do you work with practices outside of Germany?
Yes. I'm based in Barcelona and work remotely with practices across Europe. Everything runs via video call and Notion.
What if we want a website too?
The Brand System + Website package includes everything – brand identity plus a professional website built by web and SEO specialist Luisa Herrmann. One process, one consistent result.
