Zahnliebe Burgaltendorf is a modern dental practice created to feel welcoming, approachable, and calm from the very first impression. The goal of the project was to build a distinctive brand that combines professional trust with a softer, more positive patient experience.

The project included naming, logo design, brand identity, a custom illustration system, and print applications. Together, these elements form a cohesive visual language that translates across interior touchpoints, signage, stationery, and communication materials.

Soft pastel tones, playful compositions, and warm materials help create a friendly and contemporary atmosphere that reflects the practice’s patient-centered philosophy.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a dental brand that feels modern, memorable, and emotionally engaging without losing clarity or professionalism. Instead of relying on the typical clinical aesthetic of many medical brands, the identity needed to feel lighter, warmer, and more design-driven.

Another important goal was to appeal to families and younger patients while still communicating trust, expertise, and quality of care. The visual system therefore had to balance playful elements with a clean and structured overall appearance.

In addition, the brand needed to work across a variety of physical applications, from business cards and prescription pads to signage and other printed materials used throughout the practice.

The result is a distinctive and approachable dental brand that brings warmth and personality into the practice environment. The name “Zahnliebe” creates an emotional and memorable entry point, while the visual identity combines soft colors, minimal typography, and custom illustrations into a cohesive and recognisable brand system.

The custom illustration set adds character and flexibility to the identity, helping the brand feel friendly and unique without becoming childish. Applied across print and spatial touchpoints, the system creates a consistent patient experience from the entrance to the materials patients interact with during and after their appointment.
